Some companies lose their time because they do not know know the difference of management styles. When I worked as a financial controller of a Singapore company acquired by a Japanese company. All employees worked for the company but their directions were not always the same. We need deep understanding of both cultures. But we can hardly see them because culture has no colour like air.

The more and the more companies come to South East Asia to deploy their businesses and they are still struggling with cultural conflicts. I would be glad if I can help their businesses.
